We asked for two cups of hot water because it was not in the room and they brought us a tray with tea kettles, mugs, saucers and spoons! Very chic.
Areas for improvement:
They have a large terrace in the back which is advertised as open 7am-11pm, however when we asked if we could eat our own food, the staff said it wasn’t allowed. I understand that they serve breakfast...
